YMCA offers you a wide-ranging dance for fitness workout on a daily basis for you to sweat out for optimum health. Dance is one form of fitness exercise that can alter the rate at which our bodies progress through our life cycle. We organised regular dance workout and dance courses for beginners both for children and adults throughout the week. Upon completion of our dance course you may choose to upgrade to higher level or enrol for other type of dance. You can also choose to join our regular workout dance classes such as ballroom dance, aerobics or line dance for fitness or to polish your dance skills.
