YMCA offers you a wide-ranging dance for fitness workout on a daily basis for you to sweat out for optimum health. Dance is one form of fitness exercise that can alter the rate at which our bodies progress through our life cycle.

We organised regular dance workout and dance courses for beginners both for children and adults throughout the week. Upon completion of our dance course you may choose to upgrade to higher level or enrol for other type of dance. You can also choose to join our regular workout dance classes such as ballroom dance, aerobics or line dance for fitness or to polish your dance skills. Hip Hop
It is a form of street dancing and its origin can be traced back to the 1970s and is associated with the breakdance culture. Hip Hop has since evolved and many styles emerged since.
Modern Jazz
Its name is popularly used because of the Jazz music. Modern Jazz is closely associated with the tap dancing. Today Modern Jazz is commonly used as a dance routine in MTVs and music videos.
Latin
Latin dances consist of Cha-cha, Rumba, Samba and Jive and normally requires a couple to dance to the music rhythm on a dance floor. Whilst Latin Fussion is a mixed of modern and Latin styles which is easy and fun to learn and does not require a dance partner.
Others
Other dances offer by us are Aerobics, Jazzercize, Belly Dance, Ballroom dance and line dance.
