Youths have always been a driving force of the YMCAs around the world for more than a century. Today, we have begun anew by welcoming core challenges of youth empowerment, reiterated on our overall impact on the community and we are slowly restructuring our youth development journey by growing towards emulating the basic framework of the World Alliance of YMCAs’ Change Model for Empowering Young People which defines change as having three components: SPACE, TRANSFORMATION and IMPACT.

YMCA KL continues to empower the Youth while building them to transform lives around for a greater future! Throughout the year 2015, our mission to Empower Youths was a journey reviewed, reiterated and restarted fresh; fostering fresh intake and discovering new depths in solidifying collaborations, expanding connections and fostering friendships with the Youth to serve the universal philanthropic cause of giving back to society through the YMCA KL Mission.
