Fill up the YMCA KL Membership Form and bring a copy of your NRIC / Passport, a Passport Photograph of yourself and your selected Membership Category fee to our Front Desk. You will be assisted by our friendly Front Desk Staff on the registration process. We hope you will be a part of our YMCA KL Family soon!

Can’t make it to the YMCA KL anytime soon? Fill up the YMCA KL Membership Form and upload a copy of your NRIC / Passport, a Passport Photograph of yourself and your selected Membership Category fee online on our Google Form. We hope you will be a part of our YMCA KL Family soon!
